About a year ago, I also came across the Dangote Jobs Availability Post, yes Dangote made an announcement that he is employing, his new company Dangote Refinery needs about 1000+ workers but can't find such qualified workers across Africa and sadly 'Dangote Refinery' went to countries like India to get these workers.
While he was unable to find such qualified workers was no other reason because most degree holders in Africa study obsolete courses, while most employees these days are looking for skilled and technical base workers, not just a certificate theory professional.
