There are some smart ways to hunt for a job and possibly find a job in less than 30 days or more, among such ways I will be revealing one of such called Cold Job Hunting
For the benefit of those hearing the word Cold Job Hunting and possibly this is the first time you may have heard such a phrase (Cold Job Hunting) please pay attention, as I explained to you all, what I mean by that word
Cold Job Hunting: This is the process of one looking for employment, seeking for jobs, or searching for jobs by first getting access to contact details of employers, companies, businesses, or HR and using email or mobile phone to reach them requesting if there is any job vacancy in their establishment. By so doing, you are Col Job Hunting
Many people who know this pattern of job hunting have also gotten jobs leveraging it the right way, right here am going to unveil steps you can take to hunt for a job and get employed
Step One: You need to get access to contact lists of your ideal target companies, businesses, or HR you want to hunt for job vacancies in their establishment
For example, there are websites called directories, or classified websites, as well as Linkedin, Google Business Profiles, etc these website has companies and business categories where they list names of companies and businesses in various sectors
Among the listed companies items, are the name of the company, business, address of the company or business, and more importantly contact information such as website, email, and mobile phone of the companies. These are the important records you need to effectively carry out your job hunting
But before you start reaching out to them and asking them if they have job vacancies, please pay attention to these few more important steps you need to also take
Step Two: Write a simple intro message about yourself: Yes when you have gotten hold of these companies/businesses' details, please don't start sending them your CV. That is not an idea or ethical
What you need to do is write a simple message, intro_about yourself, and send it across to them via email or mobile phone asking them, if there are any job vacancies in their facilities. Also, let them know the reason why you are asking is because you are a job hunter (You are looking for a job)
In most cases many will ignore you and will even not reply to you back, some will reply to you but may turn you down. while one or two may ok your request and reply to you if there are job vacancies in their establishment
To which if there are any job vacancies that suit your qualifications, some may ask you to please send in your CV. It's only at this stage ethically. you are supposed to send out your CV to them
Step Three. Always get your CV ready, and write your CV, possibly just a simple one-page copy, I believe you reading this already know how to write a CV. Bonus Tips: So now you have learned these smart ways to job hunting, this is not limited to job hunting in oil and gas companies, you can also search for lists of other companies in health, manufacturers, products, tech, etc
All you need is to get hold of their HR emails or mobile phone, "HR" here stands for the "Human Resource" Department contact, and send them good messages or emails to let them know you would love to work in their companies should there be any job avail-abilities
Please don't send your CV, only send your CV when the company or personnel in charge of that department contacts you back and requests you send your CV AND IN CASE WHERE THE PERSON does not reply to you, please don't continue to send him or her email or sms again. Just let it go and move on to another company HR
Also, Be Security Alert: Don't honor any invitation for a job that is not within the company facilities, and don't take your job hunting to private houses, hotels, or hiding places. DON'T ALSO PAY MONEY TO GET JOB Employment, don't trade your body in kind or whatever means. Be wise and security alert
