According to a report released on Ukraine's Facebook page, more than 3,500 Russian soldiers involved in the invasion have been killed and almost 200 taken prisoner.
Although, Russian's Ministry of Defence have not yet so acknowledged any casualties but reports from unverifiable source, reported that President Putin, sacked one of his military generals due to the high losses Russia has incurred in the last three days.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defence has said that, Russia has also lost 14 aircraft, 8 helicopters, and 102 tanks so far.
Also, as measures to confuse and ensure that the ongoing war, turns out in their favour, the Ukrainian military has asked the citizens to remove the names of streets, cities and villages from road signs in their regions.
In a tweet, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence said: 'We will do everything possible to clear Ukraine of the Russian occupier as soon as possible!'.
According to Ukrainian intelligence sources, former Estonia's defence Chief Riho Terras, claims the on going war that have lasted for days now, is costing the Russian government around £15billion-per-day, and that they have rockets for three to four days at most, which they are using sparingly.
