If you intend to start content creation, like Social Media content, YouTube content creation, and video recording in general? Then pay attention to what am about to say here.
First: All smartphones with pro cameras can get you started, all you need is to support such a camera with a ring light (effective lighting) and you are good to start.
I say this because, a lot of people think they need phones like iPhones Pro Max series, and pro-Samsung phones, phones like Google Pixel 7 Pro etc. Yes, they are all good. But any smartphone with pro camera can get you started

iPhones: iPhones from iPhone 11 Pro/Pro Max, are good phones for video recording, also iPhone 12 Pro and above are all more than very good enough phones for video recording and content creation, and more importantly, iPhone 12 Pro Max is better at night recording

Huawei: Smart pro phones in general have good cameras to get you started with your videotaping, social media content creations, and YouTube vlogging
Xiaomi Phones: Xiaomi cellphone cameras are also very good and honestly I can compare some of their phones with Huawei cameras, I have used both and they feel almost the same, in colors, are more vivid, and can get you started
