Go to him in prayer. I prefer you do it with fasting. Tell God how it is doing you, tell Him what you are going through. Tell Him all that is in your mind. Bare everything open before Him.
Don't hide anything from Him. Tell Him that you want to stop this evil act. He is there with you, and He hears you. Confess it before Him, He will forgive you, cleanse you, and give you the power to overcome this evil addiction once and for all, just as He did it for me.
Next, wow never indulge in it again, because the temptation must surely come again. Satan will try all means to lure you back and to make you think you cannot stop it.
